Hi there all you Avon Valley Mob and beyond Yvonne and I are getting more excited about our Bilya Koort Boodja (BKB) Centre and want to share and update with you. As you can see from the photos below the Centre is developing into a beautifully designed building. The builders and fitters are still currently installing the various technologies, fittings and equipment and we hope to move into the Centre towards the end of June. Yvonne, the Shire of Northam staff, the Noongar community and myself are all very busy organising a range of things. Also as previously mentioned we are planning a celebration and formal opening of the centre in the next few months – and we will keep you posted of dates shortly.
